OTHER CLASSES OFFERED
ON-CAMERA COLD READING/AUDITIONING FOR
FILM/TV
3 hour classes meet once a week for 10 weeks.
4-6 students per class.
ADVANCED SCENE STUDY
By audition only for students who have a clear
understanding
of technique and are rooted in the fundamentals. Classes meet
once a week for 10 weeks.
MONOLOGUE WORK
These classes are scheduled one on one or in
small groups
of 4 to 6 students.
SUMMER SESSION
6 week summer introductory session. This class
serves as an introduction to the Meisner technique. By working
three times
a week, students develop a good sense of the first three stages
of the work [scene work involved].
THE REPETITION WORKSHOP
The repetition workshop is designed to allow
students at
different levels of Meisner training to practice the basic repetition
exercise. It accelerates the beginning student’s growth and
gives
all participants a chance to sharpen fundamental skills. It is
not
a formal class, so regular attendance is not required. This class
is open to present and former students only. This workshop is
scheduled weekly.
